All of our products are 100% vegan and therefore we never test on animals. All of our products are natural and are tested by our team of researchers and our alchemist. Our candles are also Vegan Certified made with non-GMO Soy Wax and 100% pure essential oils.
How do I check on an order I have placed?

Once you have placed an order, and it has been accepted you will received a tracking number from our global distribution partner Aramex. You will then be able to track the process of your delivery.

We ship to the majority of countries around the world. If your country is not listed on the checkout page, then please send an email to research@thebotanylaboratory.com, and we will try and find a way to ship to you.

Unfournatly we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. If you believe your item is faulty, please do contact our research team on research@thebotanylaboratory.com who will investigate the matter and send a replacement product if we believe that you have unfortunately received a defective product.
